Morning folks! I posted this several months ago and have updated it. We are looking for a third partner in our beautiful Sport Cruiser hangared here at KWVI (Watsonville). . Feel free to contact me on the number in the flyer. I can post more pics as well and answer any questions here.

Monthly fixed costs would be $350 (Hangar, insurance, Annual, property tax, etc.)

We also charge ourselves $35/hr dry that goes into our maintenance reserve.

UPDATE 11/26/2024: We're still looking for a potential 3rd partner. The airplane recently came out of annual with parachute repack, new rocket, and 5 year rubber replacement. 😀
