I'm a private pilot, who's last flight as a PIC was about 25 years ago. I have a total of over 600 hours of time as PIC, all single-engine land, mostly in retractable (Mooney), with a smattering of tail-wheel time and some instrument training. At this point, I'm just looking for the basics and to brush-up on my skills. I would like to find a CFI who owns their own plane as I don't have one, and WVI would be my preferred airport. I recently passed my 3rd class medical, and will have non-owner aircraft insurance soon.
