Fellow pilots, Please see the attached update for our event, which is now just a few short days away. You are receiving this email because you have indicated that you will be joining us, and we sincerely appreciate your participation. If you need to cancel, it is aviation so of course we understand…just please email me ASAP so we can adjust ground placement. Several pilots on this list will be bringing more than one aircraft. If you are the coordinator, please pass this on to your group. The update also includes a ramp map so you can see the overall air and auto siting. We’re still in the hunt for display aircraft, so please pass this communication on to your aviation friends. For display aircraft, please review the flight protocols in the attached communication; for pilots who just want to fly in for the day, no problem and they will be directed to a separate area by our air and ground coordinators. Note, anyone who wants to fly in for Friday night and camp out, no issues!  There will be an invitation-only BBQ on Friday night - $15/person - for all W&W participants. You will need to pre-register, so contact me and we’ll get you on the list. You can pay at the dinner. The EAA will have a pancake breakfast starting at 7:00 AM on Saturday.
