As you may know, we have a very capable flight simulator for use upstairs in the EAA hangar, open for any of our EAA or WPA members to use. This setup has been made possible through the generous donations from our members. Recently, we’ve made a few exciting upgrades. We added a complete dual G1000 sim panel, thanks to Jim Jernigan! Additionally, we replaced the two side monitors with larger ones, courtesy of a donation from Together Labs, where Ryan works. Tom Hail has also contributed by purchasing a copy of X-Plane for the simulator, so we now have both MSFS 2020 and X-Plane up and running.

I've made a quick video on how to start up the Flight Sim computer and get in the air with the G1000s functioning.
